About the practice: This is a solo practice run by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I decided to open up my own practice after working many years in the healthcare industry to meet the needs of the mental health community. I've worked with most populations and many areas to include emergency medicine, cardiac, corrections, critical care, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric clinics and hospitals, ECT, and providing psychiatric care as a provider in various nursing home and outpatient settings.
Meet Paige: I grew up in beautiful Denver Colorado. I have been a nurse for over 15 years, serving various populations of patients in a variety of settings. I've also been a nurse educator for staff and nursing students 5 years. I strive to help my patients learn about their illnesses through a holistic approach, helping them take charge of their own lives and mental health. My passion is providing mental health to the underserved and disadvantaged populations, which led me to become a nurse practitioner. I have always had a passion for mental health and listening to others. I offer a unique focus on medication management and brief supportive therapy for most psychiatric conditions and provide services to most age groups.
Providing medication management and Brief Supportive Therapy. Located in Wheatridge, Colorado. Telemedicine and in person visits available.
Most commercial insurances accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare.
At this time we do not offer therapy services.

Before you can begin training, you'll need to measure your baseline. What does that mean? It means you'll need to go through a brain assessment to determine your goals and design a training program tailored for you to achieve them.
What do I need to train?
Doing neurofeedback training with Myndlift requires some tools, such as a device with the Myndlift app, the Myndlift Kit, and a Muse headband that's compatible with our system.
What happens during my session?
You control games with your mind! But in all seriousness, you shouldn't be trying to control anything when you're doing your training. Why? Because your brain knows what it needs to do, based on the visual or auditory feedback you see on the screen.
The first session can be frustrating at times since you are unable to clearly control what’s happening on the screen, and that’s why it’s important to get into the right mindset before each session starts.
